I'm using the same user and password in all of the computers but the new computer can't "see" the shares nor the other computers but it can access the Internet through the server. bmikey69, I tried to use a new network card as well but still no luck. mikibijon, Subkan ko yun. Medyo matrabaho nga lang pero kailangan e. :wizard: I did a workaround so I could transfer files from the new computer to the others. I set up a simple FTP server on the new computer and accessed the files by typing its ip address in a web browser. This allowed me to access the files in the new computer. using Windows explorer. Thank you po sir butsoy. Actually, the definition of rape is having carnal knowledge (sex) with a woman against her will. It is normally done with force or intimidation, but not necessarily. You are correct in saying that if the girl was not forced to have sex, then there is no rape. Unfortunately, using force to have sex and having sex against the will of the girl are two different things. An example is when you have sex with a girl under the influence of drugs or alcohol. While the girl may not be resisting, its because you have taken her will to resist from her. This will still constitute as rape. Sometimes, girls who want to entrap a guy would say that the guy made her drink something to make her lose her inhibitions (ativan or something like that) and was able to succeed in having sex with her without her consent. This will be still be considered rape. To make matters worse, if a minor girl would make up a story against the guy, it has been shown that the court more often believes the girl over the guy. Thus, the danger of rape being likely to be pushed for. I am not saying that the minor will actually make this point, but if she has a lawyer who is shrewd, it is most likely the angle that he will put forth before the court. Quote Link to comment

In general, if the crime had already taken place as early as 1999, it is most likely that the crime had already prescribed and as such you could not file any more action against the offender. At most, you can file an ordinary action of collection of a sum of money, but not a criminal case. At least, with respect to the check that bounced on 1999. Quote Link to comment

Do you use your XPserver just to share internet connection?2. Did you use any other 3rd party programs for sharing your connection? (e.g. wingate, winproxy, lanshare, etc)3. Do you have router in your network?
