Butsoy Posted January 8, 2003 Author Share Posted January 8, 2003 Butsoy, Im just wondering but since I have your attention. I have a small problem. Ang asawa ko may bahay at lupa sa probinsya. Her dad gave it to her as a gift. The real problem is binili ng tatay nya ito from the owner(lolo ng nakatira ngayon, now his dead) and ang mga anak wont believe that kahit na we have all the papers. Sa bahay I think may atleast 2 families living in it and they wont go away. Balak namin ibenta itong bahay but hindi namin mapaalis yun mga nakatira they are even threating us na may kakilala silang mga NPA, so were scared to even go there and look at the house. rigt now were based in USa. To make it short paano namin papaalisin ang mga nakatira ? Wish...: May titulo ba ito? nakapangalan ba ang titulo sa asawa mo? (baka naman naka pangalan sa bitka nya? hehehehe).. kidding aside. The best was is to file an action for recovery of property in the place where the property is located.. execute there a special power of attorney in favor of your trusted kamag-anak or lawyer authorizing him or her to file such action(may bayad yan)...duly notarized and authenticated by our Phil. Consulate.. then...pwede na i file...dont be afraid of NPA's mga tao din yun na gumagamit ng rason... If you think you have the leagl right pursue it... About the NPA thing we have solid reasons to believe that they do have ties to that leftist group. That is if you will not be caught dahil bawal ma pa license ng civilian ang firearms above 45 ca. pistol o kung ito ay rapid fire machine pistol gaya ng MP5. DVRGNZR: Bata, kahit menor di edad ay pwede na maka sex ng walang sabit basta di mag rereklamo...kung gugustuhin kaya lang wag lang sex ang isipin mo.. having sex is not as easy as eating peanuts.. dahil, may kaakibat ito na responsibilidad.. pag gusto mo ipapasok yung titi mo sa kahit saang butas... hehehe.. mag dalawang isip ka.... mag aral ka kaya muna pag tapos ka na at may trabaho kana hala.. saksak ka na ng titi mo kung saan saan.
