nwebe
Thank you sa reply boss nwebe. Thank you boss Di ka nila mabibigyan ng form 2316 hanggang di pa nila na-compute and last pay mo. Usually ang last pay macocompute lang kapag dumaan ka na sa clearance process ng company para malaman nila kung meron silang kelangan ibawas sa iyo tulad ng unpaid salary loans, employee accountabilities, etc.Good day! Need help/advice about this; My wife gave birth sa second baby namin nung June 28, 2015. My tax status was ME1. Hindi ko agad naupdate status ko. Our HR team sent communication that I can still update my tax status until Nov 30, 2015. I submitted my documents on Nov 27th para maapply sa tax refund ko yung adjustment. Pero pag dating ng sweldo which includes tax refund, kulang yung tax refund ko based sa formula na pinadala nila and my tax status was not yet updated. Ano po bang dapat kong gawin? TIA Kausapin mo yung payroll master niyo para ma-validate nila yung computation nila at computation mo. Do this ASAP para maihabol nila sa huling sweldo mo sa taon na ito kung meron mang adjustment. MODERATOR Alex_Corvis Posted December 21, 2015 MODERATOR Share Posted December 21, 2015 Question. Ano bang requirements para mag file ng Concubinage / aldultery ? (asking for a friend)Nagpunta kasi sya sa Women's desk ng police department kelangan pa daw statement from witness. Eh ang witness is kapatid ng hubby nya. Yun ang nagsumbong sa kanya. Syempre di nya mahatak sa presinto para mag bigay ng statement. Plus alam din lahat ng family ng guy na may babae yung hubby nya. Quote Link to comment

oliverjohnholmes
This is the Legal Thread. Bonito Happy New Year! One question. Is there a law or ordinance that prohibits ordinary citizens from photographing or videographing police actions? For example, an MMDA constable being videographed using a mobile phone? If there is one what is it? Will await your learned advice. Thanks. Quote Link to comment

jakewise
Can you file a complaint with the Ombudsman if a barangay secretary and barangay chairman refuse to receive a letter addressed to the latter? Does the act constitute neglect of duty on the part of the said barangay officials? If yes and proven guilty, what is the sanction against the said barangay officials? Quote Link to comment

jakewise
ombudsman kaagad? baka pwede muna kay Mayor and sa DILG. I have read just tonight in my research that administrative cases are brought to the Sangguniang Panlungsod or Panlalawigan depending on the jurisdiction, as the Ombudsman only hears criminal cases against elective officials. Can a lawyer in the forum confirm this? Quote Link to comment
