This just happen a while ago. nitong hapon ,dumating ang maynilad para tapusin na yung restoration which is nagsemento na sila dun sa natitirang kalahate ng kalye.babalikan nila tomorrow para iaspalto yung kalye..now yung sinementuhan nila naglagay sila ng sako na maybuhangin at bato para lang di madaanan yung basang semento..in which is natural naman nila gawin yun..nakakadaan naman yung mga sasakyan sa kabilang side,yung nasementuhan eh may tapat na garahe dun sa kaptbahay,which is sabi ng maynilad eh makakagarahe parin naman sila,kaya maayos naman nila nilagay yung sako..the problem is dumating sila(kapitbahay)this evening...ang ginawa binalibag nila yung sako sa tapat namin at sa kalye,sa akin naman eh pwede naman nila ilagay ng maayos sa kabilang side pero ang ginawa nila eh tinapon or binalibag yung sako sa kalye at tapat namin...gusto ko ipabarangay but my mom insist na wag na,sinunod ko mom ko kasi somehow she's old and ayoko magworried siya too much...the reason is wag na raw patulan,nagpaparinig nalang siya na wagmo na patulan ang bastos ..so inayos ko yung kalat nalang...pasensya na but i iknow some will tell me na dapat pinabarangay..one more reason kung bakit di ko pinabarangay is katabi nila is kagawad which somehow eh relative nila at kadikit nia kapitan..harapharapan na ginawa eh wla naman sia ginawa at siya pa galit.gusto ko sana but i'm worried lang na maapektuhan mom ko...pasensya na i just really need advice of what to do...pakiramdam ko agrabyado kami,ayaw lang nung isa ng gulo....but just incase i need to know what else can i do kung feel ko naman di rin reresponde barangay...just incase magsabi ako sa barangay ..ano pwede ko icomplain sa kanila...or san pa me pwede lumapit for this matter..for me para lang mawarningan lang sila or mapagsabihan sila...or what else can i do pa ba? can i tell the city engineer or maynilad na ganto ginawa nila sa amin... i just need some advice and help...tnx in advance..

 

better talk to the office of the mayor na, kung nakikita mo na may kinikilingan ang barangay. pero the usual process is dapat sa barangay muna... baka itanong sa iyo ng office of the mayor kung nagusap na kayo ng barangay.

imho, there is no law here in the Philippines that can handle that.

you can only deport them kung may illegal activities na nangyari.

imho, i don't think na may criminal laws to handle that unless may nasugatan o may namatay.

you can only file a civil case for this.

Hindi lahat ng vehicular accident ay criminal offense. Ang alam ko lang ay yung hit-and-run or kung may namatay. If you're just after recovering the repair cost it will be just a civil case. For a civil case, majority of the expense you'll incur will be toward your lawyer's fee, i.e. retainers + billable hours.

Boss, inform the maynilad of what happened since sila naman un naglagay ng sako para sila magreport sa barangay. At least hindi kayo ang nagsabi sa barangay.

Sir blackbangaw, thank you sa info/tips.. yes we already did informed the Maynilad, they will look upon this matter, nagulat nga sila bat saamin nagagalit since sila(maynilad) naman ang gumagawa diyan. Again thank you Sir blackbangaw.

I think it'd still have deductions given that your company penalizes attendance infractions.

Good day po. Ako po ay may gusto lang pong linawin sa aking sitwasyon with my previous employer. Nagtrabaho po ako sa isang private retail co.bilang supervisor una sa accounting and then sa treasury dept. Nagkaroon po ng system upgrade yung prev.co. ko na ginawa pong automated lahat ng manual processes, kasama na po yung accounting system na gamit namin sa finance dept. Dahil po sa system upgrade, nagkaroon po kami sa finance dept ng mga delays sa mga trabaho namin.

 

Isa po doon was that hindi po agad kami sa acctg nakakapagsubmit ng ilang financial reports sa management. Pangalawa po, nagkaroon din po ng delays with the processes sa accounting and treasury. On my part po, ang pinakagrabe po na delay ko was that nagkaroon po ako ng delays sa pagreremit ng liquidated cash advances. Ang pinakamatagal ko po siguro na di naibigay was worth 6 mos.of collections.

 

Tapos po on my last 4 months with the co., natransfer po ako from the accounting dept to the treasury dept dahil I was supposed to assist yung Treasury manager and the Finance VP kaya lang nagresign silang dalawa kaya I was forced to work directly under the President mismo. Dahil po sa unexpected resignation ng Treasury mgr and Finance VP, I had to do the job based on what I think was best for every situation ng trabaho unknowingly violating din some of the processes. And di po masyadong maayos yung training ko nung natransfer ako.

 

So because po of my infractions to violations, the mgt conducted investigations against me about the processes and gave me suspensions without pay.I explained my side naman po and the mgt accepted my explanations naman po. Ngayon po since tinanggap po ng mgt yung explanations ko, I was expecting na cleared na po ako with my accountabilities.

 

Ngayon ang tanong ko po, hanggang kelan po ako dapat maghintay na ibigay nila yung back pay ko most especially yung BIR Form 2316 ko na kelangan ko na po? And also po I was told din po kasi na magfile daw ako sa DOLE para bumilis yung processing kaya lang natatakot din ako na magfile kasi baka ako naman yung balikan ng co. for the infractions na nagawa ko before. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin? Hintayin ko na lang po ba hanggang maibigay nila or magpa assist na po ako sa DOLE?

Based on experience (not a lawyer), only if hindi ka regular employee (na-regular ka lang sometime withint the year) for the whole year do the company "pro-rate" the 13th month pay. Otherwise, absences/leaves taken (including maternity/paternity leave) is not a factor in your 13th month pay.

13th month pay is one-twelfth (1/12) of the basic salary of an employee within a calendar year.

 

the formula for computing 13th month pay is:

 

13th month pay = Total basic salary earned during the year / 12 months

 

In other words, if you deducted amounts from their salaries due to absences and tardiness, the 13th month pay will be lower. If an employee works year round and receives the same salary for 12 months, his 13th month pay would be equivalent to one month basic salary. If, however, he works for only 6 months, thereby earning only 6 months salary, his 13th month pay will then be one-half of his basic salary.

oftentimes, clearances, backpays and documents should be released after 30 days upon separation.

hwag mo muna involve ang DOLE..... follow-ups lang sa HR..... or go direct to the Head of HR. much better if you can formalize a letter too para magamit mo sa DOLE, if hindi gumalaw.

Good day! Need help/advice about this;

 

My wife gave birth sa second baby namin nung June 28, 2015. My tax status was ME1. Hindi ko agad naupdate status ko. Our HR team sent communication that I can still update my tax status until Nov 30, 2015. I submitted my documents on Nov 27th para maapply sa tax refund ko yung adjustment. Pero pag dating ng sweldo which includes tax refund, kulang yung tax refund ko based sa formula na pinadala nila and my tax status was not yet updated. Ano po bang dapat kong gawin?

Di ka nila mabibigyan ng form 2316 hanggang di pa nila na-compute and last pay mo. Usually ang last pay macocompute lang kapag dumaan ka na sa clearance process ng company para malaman nila kung meron silang kelangan ibawas sa iyo tulad ng unpaid salary loans, employee accountabilities, etc.

Kausapin mo yung payroll master niyo para ma-validate nila yung computation nila at computation mo. Do this ASAP para maihabol nila sa huling sweldo mo sa taon na ito kung meron mang adjustment.

Nagpunta kasi sya sa Women's desk ng police department kelangan pa daw statement from witness. Eh ang witness is kapatid ng hubby nya. Yun ang nagsumbong sa kanya. Syempre di nya mahatak sa presinto para mag bigay ng statement. Plus alam din lahat ng family ng guy na may babae yung hubby nya.

if that is the case, you need concrete proof.

private investigator report, or pictures/videos na actual na nagtatalik.
