Ito po scenario. My high school buddy is being accused online at facebook by some woman. Ngayon ang problem is that he tried confronting the woman and told her na magdalahan nalang ng abugado and settle this dispute in court but the girl snubbed my friend and even posted my friend's full name along with his picture and telling all her friends to BEWARE of my friend. My friend would like to file a case against this woman but all he can get from her is her name in facebook, not even sure if it's her screename or real name kasi she "models" and does "stage acting." Pwede pa ba mag file ng demanda and is there any way to identify her true identity?

May binili akong appliance sa Robinson's when they had their sales sa World Trade Center. Pero two weeks na lumilipas yun item na binili ko hindi pa rin available. Pwede ko bang i-cancel ang binili ko? Pero nabayaran ko na sila thru credit card.

Nagpapakabit kami ng Maynilad, my concern is about our neighbors and some people na medyo nagpapakita ng inis or minsan nagpaparinig na abala sa kalye yung ginagawa ng Maynilad...nasa kabilang side ng road papuntang hauz namin yung ginawang linya...nahukay na at nakabitan na kami ng WaterMeter...so for the mean time eh tinambakan lang nila yung hinukay nila para madaanan,maayos at malinis naman pagkakatambak..within this week eh scheduled masementuhan at aspalt na yung ginawang hukay..restoration period ika nga .. medyo worried lang ako about some hidden action of our neighbors...nakakastress kasi na di ko maiwasang nakikita na pinapakitang naiinis sila or irita sa amin pero kung kailan lang wla na yung mga gumagawa ..kumpleto naman kami sa paper..may excavation permit kami at full paid na kami sa maynilad...irerestore naman sa dati yung kalye..worried lang...what possible action pwede kong gawin just incase pagsalitaan or pagsabihan kami...i mean di ko maiwasan di mag-isip of what possible they can do to us...? so i just need some advice na pwede kong idepensa againts those people complaining sa pagpapakabit namin ng maynilad.....pls some advice..possible action or anong batas to depend ourselves....thank you in advance..

actually, wala ka namang problema or nilabag na batas eh. problema ni maynilad yan...

when they installed the maynilad line in your place, dapat dyan may provision na sila.

yaan mo sila mainis.yung problema is na kay maynilad, wala sa iyo.... before digging, they should have acquired appropriate local government permits already...

Have they told you, while you were buying from them, when to expect delivery of the product? Have the promised date come and gone? If so, you can call your credit card to halt payment to them -- just be ready with the details.

imho, the credit card already paid them in full.... nag iiinstallment lang sya between the credit card and the credit card holder.

as i've said above, write them a formal letter saying na hindi sila tumupad sa usapan ng delivery and you are cancelling the order.

Thank you sir sa info...Yes I do believe naman they already acquired it yung permit sa local government at ininformed din nila ako about the protocol once nasa restoration period na sila...which i had to call the city engineer to informed them na nagrerestore na sila..di ko lang maiwasan di mapuna yung pinapakita inis or somehow pagpaparinig ng mga neighbors namin..but I guess the best way is just to ignore it nalang...hopefully di mag-escalate to the point na sugurin kami dito...sorry just being paranoid minsan...but again thank you sir sa info.

I adviced them not to report it since it's still active para may ebidensya pagdating sa demandahan. I already told them to also record a video of it stating the date and for how long that post has been active. The last time I saw it, it had around 200+ likes na and even the model's friends were getting involved specially the guys mga nagpapa bida epek just to score points. It even came to the point that some of them said na tirahin na daw nila yung friend ko or pagtulungan na which already is in the grounds of accessory to a crime.

Yep, I guess I'm just being too paranoid...I had to admit na natatakot ako..worried me na bka di ko madepensahan or maipagtangol just incase..since 2 lang kami ng mom ko here at may edad na mom ko, minsan pairap or may halong pagpaparinig sila ...since bakit now lang nagpakabit at dahil now lang kami nagpakabit eh dami naabala sa mga dumadaan..kaya lang naman kami now nagpakabit dahil now lang kami nakaipon para mabayaran ng buo yung installation,but ofcourse di naman namin kailangan magpaliwanag at alam kong karapatan namin magpakabit kung kailan namin gusto at di naman kami kakabitan ng maynilad kung di pwede because ofcourse additional customer kami para sa kanila and di naman kami bibigyan ng excavation permit ng city hall kung di naman dapat...tapat ng garahe nila yung linyang ginawa papunta sa house namin at kung kailan wala na yung mga gumagawa saka sila nagpaparinig or nagpapakita ng mga sign of irritation...pasesnsya na dahil honestly kung ano-ano naiisip ko of what might possible happen since of what they slightly showing to us....and again Sir Google..thank you for patiently answering my concern...thank you.. big help to ease my mind...tnx

Yep, I guess I'm just being too paranoid...I had to admit na natatakot ako..worried me na bka di ko madepensahan or maipagtangol just incase..since 2 lang kami ng mom ko here at may edad na mom ko, minsan pairap or may halong pagpaparinig sila ...since bakit now lang nagpakabit at dahil now lang kami nagpakabit eh dami naabala sa mga dumadaan..kaya lang naman kami now nagpakabit dahil now lang kami nakaipon para mabayaran ng buo yung installation,but ofcourse di naman namin kailangan magpaliwanag at alam kong karapatan namin magpakabit kung kailan namin gusto at di naman kami kakabitan ng maynilad kung di pwede because ofcourse additional customer kami para sa kanila and di naman kami bibigyan ng excavation permit ng city hall kung di naman dapat...tapat ng garahe nila yung linyang ginawa papunta sa house namin at kung kailan wala na yung mga gumagawa saka sila nagpaparinig or nagpapakita ng mga sign of irritation...pasesnsya na dahil honestly kung ano-ano naiisip ko of what might possible happen since of what they slightly showing to us....and again Sir Google..thank you for patiently answering my concern...thank you.. big help to ease my mind...tnx

 

Pag ngpaparinig sila at ngpapakita ng inis, e ipabarangay mo pa din para ma stop na gnagawa nila. Ipabarangay mo sila for unjust vexation.

I have developed some form of depression brought about by personal reasons, I made an abrupt resignation which my immediate supervisor granted, I have documents saying that they are waiving the 30 day notice and instructions on the clearance process. I remembered returning the headset, Identification Card, access card and key from my locker. Our HMO (Intellicare) is free to every employee and for the first dependent that you will declare the company will shoulder half and every succeeding dependent will be shouldered by the employee in full. At every start of the year, we are required to declare our dependents so they will know and authorize what amount they will deduct from our salary. I resigned the first week of February 2008 and apparently they made a change in the process with regard to HMO dependents, they said that there will be no need to require to declare dependents and whoever the employee declared the previous year will be carried over and unless you will be changing your dependents then that would be the time you need to remind them. Here is the problem, they are asking me to pay for the dependents that I did not declare since they made the unilateral change in the process in declaring dependents for HMO. I did not bother ask since my main concern then was to get away from the job because of my depression, it only now that I was thinking of asking them for my Certificate of Clearance, the number provided in the last documents I have is not operable anymore. I guess I just want to be assured of your suggestions on how to get about in handling my situation as I have not gone there since.

hmmm. mejo i cannot get the issue.

they are charging you for the dependent that you declared before but were rolled-over for renewal because of the new policy?

 

did you or your dependent used the HMO after resigning?

 

ganito kasi ang magiging scenarios:

 

a. if you or your dependent did not use the HMO after resigning, it should have been updated by your company. dapat tinaggal na nila yun sa list of qualified employees and dependents enrolled under the company. if they did not do that, its their fault.

 

b. same as letter a, but if you or your dependent did not use it, they should have done the same activities.

c. however, if your company is giving the health card as an added benefit for free for you and one of your dependent, it should have been carried over for one more year. pwede gamitin.

d. if you are paying for the costs of your dependent via salary deduction and you have resigned, dapat, tinanggal na din nila yung name and dependent mo in the list of qualified users.
