warhammer
Pansin ko lang, 2 types ng sisig yung madalas na ma-encounter ko. One's crispy (the kind they sell at gerry's, dencio's, croc grill, etc.), the other's not (usually, sa provinces ko nae-encounter). I lean more towards the crispy kind - and my current favorites are from the resto's I mentioned above. Quote Link to comment

spacepen
i like giligan's. very crunchy. congo grille, dencios, croco grille and gerry's are also pretty good Quote Link to comment
zhaowushu
in the city it's trellis for me. but the best i've tasted was in dau - that row of sisig stalls. the sisig (pig's ears, cheeks, brain) was grilled and chopped in front of us. it was crispy, hot and had a distinct grilled flavor. with cold beer, it was the best sisig experience for me. sexgod69
first time ko post so here it is.... the restos mentioned are the more popular choices and are more advertised and family oriented. i like eating sisig  but does anyone here know iccy's (tama ba spelling?) this isn't a place your lola might enjoy expecially if you get the table outside where the flooring is tilted its near ultra, right below the animal store. excellent sisig with egg, rice and coke for about P100 only :boo: try it!
