jawwell Posted June 3, 2005 Share Posted June 3, 2005 Well here in the L.A. area, Pinoy Grill's (in Buena Park) is pretty good. Although some may not consider it sisig because the only pork ingredient in it is belly. I'm not much of a liver fan so it works for me. I, however, wouldn't mind if they put some ear or nose in their sisig. Davao Tuna Grill in Glendale serves a delicious tuna sisig. Quote Link to comment

It is located near ULTRA and Valle Verde Country Club. Also, a friend of mine who hails from Tarlac said that the sisig originated from the rows of restos sa may riles ng tren sa Angeles.
