parang not directly kasi more of ilocos ang hit ng bagyo and puerto is down south. 

 

but mahirap tantyahin ung habagat. better check gale warnings sa batangas port.

came here on a weekday 2 weeks ago. the place is crowded. not as romantic anymore when there were only a handful of tables with eating clients. water's still cool touching my feet. but it doesn't feel any special anymore.
