500 Days of Summer

The movie had quite an off-beat and novel approach to relationships and definitely not your typical romantic comedy with happy endings BUT the OST definitely rocked my world. :thumbsupsmiley:

Listen to Tommy Emmanuel's version of the immortal "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" from the Wizard of Oz on YouTube. Be mesmerized.

Israel Kamakawiwo'Ole sang "Over The Rainbow" which was featured in the soundtrack of the films "Meet Joe Black" and

"Fifty First Dates". Watch the video on

BOTH SIDES NOW by JONI MITCHELL

LOVE ACTUALLY (2003)

-actually sung by Joni when she was 25; i'd have to agree with the director Richard Curtis' commentary that for her to be singing that particular song at 25 was quite preposterous; this version she made when she was 57 has much more feeling - there is already proof that she has seen 'both sides now'
