priest_2002ph
bros, medyo mahirap talaga magpatakbo ng vista sa 512mb n memory...i am now using an acer aspire notebook with an amd turion64 processor (also bought @ carrefour, doha)...the original memory was 512mb and the unit was running on vista basic and the performance that time sucks...i was considering the options of downgrading to xp but the problem is the availability of the compatible drivers...i decided to upgrade the memory => i added a 1gb kingston memory (also boought in doha); so my unit is now running with a 1.5gb memory...i think the performance of my notebook now is comparable to that running with centrino duo processorc + 1gb memory...hope this helps... bro how much yung 1gb na memory na nabili mo?san sa doha mo nabili? Sila na ba ang magkakabit nung memroy? Thanks bro...... Quote Link to comment

Thanks bro...... i bought the 1gb memory from aljabor business systems...their office is at THE CENTER (near ramada)...i bought the memory last july 2007 and the price was QR600 (i think it is cheaper in the phils)...you can also try in the computer shops in sofitel (one of them is BIOS Computers)...i know that the price is much higher in aljabor but i got from them because i was after the warranty and my notebook was brand new that time and i trust aljabor because they are our supplier...and yes, sila n ang magkakabit... ButterOfAntimony
Mine is not a high-end one. I bought it for school works kasi kailangan laptop sa for thesis. So I chose something light and small. ASUS -40 GB-Windows XP Home-12" screen-2.0 kg-256 RAM-memory card reader-cd-dvd combo baba lang specs, pero okay naman siya for Office, Photoshop, yun lang naman ginagamit ko lagi. bukn0y
used to have ASUS na A2 series pero sa kasamaang palad nasira yung LCD nya dahil sa katangahan ng katulong namin yung PCMCIA ko na nilagay ko sa ibabaw ng keyboard eh pinabayaang nandoon habang sinarado nya yung laptop ko so ngayon NEO Empriva 572S lang so far so good naman ako. glossy yung housing nya na black. ram is 1G HD is 80G kulang para sa akin kasama mga video at MP3 ko kaya labas ko na sila sa 160 portable HD. been using it for 3 month palang for my sideline development ok na ok very handy kasi 12.1 wide screen lang sya di ganon ka bigat. pre-installed vista pero di pa ako bilib sa vista kaya i decide to reformat it to winXP and nilagyan ko nalang ng vista transformation pack version 8.0.1 ayun mukha na syang vista at meron na din ako stand-alone webserver na XAMPP for my PHP developments Edited January 21, 2008 by bukn0y Quote Link to comment
