Hi Sir Boss! Anyone here who's familiar with running a Memorial Park business? A good friend of mine (who owns 3 funeral parlors in Bulacan and Pampanga) is trying to convince me to join him in his expansion plan to start a new memorial park. We know of course that Heritage Park, Manila Memorial, Ever, Loyola Memorial, etc are doing well. But I have some second thoughts and doubts. Any opinions please? TIA!

i have a client who has several me.orial parks. He said that he prefers me.orial par than developing subdivision because of higher income. this is capital intensive business.

Are you referring to the products supplier for Korean Mini mart business? If yes, you're better off getting contacts from Korea or the actual product manufacturers themselves. Your biggest challenge would be logistics on how to bring those products here in the Philippines.

This is the same approach we used with one of our businesses. We ended up contacting the actual product brands, and look for a logistics company with an office in the country of origin and here in Manila to get a better deal with the products we import from those countries. You need to carefully plan your logistics, otherwise it will be a huge expense for your business.
