Friends, let me share one of my favorite prayer

 

 

The Great Invocation

 

 

 

"From the point of Light within the Mind of God,

 

Let Light stream forth into the minds of Men.

 

Let Light descend on Earth.

 

 

 

From the point of Love within the Heart of God

 

Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.

 

May Christ return to Earth.

 

 

 

From the centre where the Will of God is known

 

Let purpose guide the little wills of men--

 

The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

 

 

 

From the centre which we call the race of men

 

Let the Plan of Love and Light work out

 

And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

 

 

 

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth."

lord,

 

i pray that you give strength to those on a mercy mission, that you give them the energy to save as much as what every grain of muscle can do...

 

that people who suffer do not lose hope, rather find courage to rebuild whatever that was lost...

 

that people who frolick and enjoy themselves realize that while doing so, other people weep and struggle just for bits of food, shelter and beg for what have you's...

 

i pray that at the end of the day, all that was lost will be found, destroyed will be rebuilt, harvest lost will be more plentiful next time around...

dear god,

 

i've searched in all the nook and crannies already.

have tried rewinding my thoughts and re-tracing my steps.

i've close to be resigned to the fact that i wont find my tape.

i do feel bad of the possible consequences. i know it aint

the end of the world but re-producing everything and the cost

can really be a killer.

 

i wont rant the whole nite and the whole day. i know you know

best. you know what that tape means to us, me especially.

i know that this too shall pass. amen.

Dear God,

 

Sana po alisin nyo na lahat ng bisyo , krimen at masasamang tao (lalo na mga masasamang pulitiko) sa aming bayan. Sana po tulungan naman Ninyo kami na umasenso at makatikim naman ng ginhawa sa buhay. Mula pa noong simula eh lagi na lang naghihirap si Juan de la Cruz. Sana po maiangat naman po Ninyo ang kanyang kabuhayan para magkaroon siya ng pag-asa. Alam ko pong di naman kami nagkukulang sa dasal pero sana nga umasenso na rin ang buhay namin.

Please give me strength. I feel so lost, some days I don't even know what it means to live. I know he wouldn't want me to be this sad but I can't help it. You of all beings would know just how much he and my daughters are my life. I'm hurting so bad God. I'm so tired. Please help me.

i am thankful for all the blessings YOU continue to shower upon me... the continous influx of work, my lovely friends, my supportive family. thank you for always giving me reason never to lose hope, for showing me that there is always light at the end of the tunnel, for giving me the strength to decide for myself what is best and at what time.

 

continue to bless my family, friends and myself. continue to show us the power of laughter and the healing strength of love. guide them in all that they do everyday and make them feel as special as i do. continue to make me an instrument of the goodness of your heart.. to bring nothing but good intentions and the joy of laughter.

 

i ask, though, for just one thing. if you cannot make this pain go away, please find some way to soothe it. with each day that passes, you make it easier for me to live with it. sometimes i think i've become numb to it. but i cannot ignore that it hurts still. i know that this is all happening according to your grand plan. but surely the pain isn't meant to continue this long or still hurt this bad?

 

i know i shouldn't question. so all i can do is offer it up to you. i cast my cares upon you. and all i can do now is hope that the end to this all will come in your own good time.

 

i also offer up all the intentions of the people who've posted on this board.
