Kuchara Posted July 17, 2006 Share Posted July 17, 2006 What I mean by metalheads is that you listen to heavy metal music and its various permutations (traditional, black, death, thrash, speed, power, stoner, industrial, goth, grind). Nu-metal (or mallcore. i.e. Korn, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park) is not included since it's not really metal, just whiny, lame rock. I'm referring to real, proud and loud, bonafide metal bands such as: IRON MAIDEN, BLACK SABBATH, MEGADETH, SLAYER, TESTAMENT, ANTHRAX, old-METALLICA, old-SEPULTURA, PANTERA, IN FLAMES, CARCASS, NAPALM DEATH, EMPEROR, DARKTHRONE, IMMORTAL, AT THE GATES, KREATOR, MORBID ANGEL, DEATH, DEICIDE and many others. So are there any here? roger... Although i get discriminated alot with my hair. but who cares... Metal f#&kin RULES.... btw can you change inflames with old-INFLAMES coz they sound like Korn now. IE ang gamit ko. pwede mong i-download yung file using Video Downloader (http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php#) as posted by sickness. palitan mo yung file extention to .flv tapos gamitan mo ng FLV Converter (http://rainscape.org.uk/flvconvert.zip) para ma convert siya to .avi or to .mpg or kung gusto mo lang siyang panoorin as .flv pwede kang gumamit ng VLC Player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/). Serial Killer Posted August 6, 2006 Share Posted August 6, 2006 I, the new band featuring former IMMORTAL frontman Abbath (real name: Olve Eikemo), original IMMORTAL drummer Armagedda, ENSLAVED guitarist Arve Isdal and GORGOROTH bassist King ov Hell, has completed work on its debut album, "Between Two Worlds", due this fall through Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Bergen's Lydriket Studio with Geir Luedy, and was mixed by PAIN/HYPOCRISY mastermind Peter Tägtgren. "Between Two Worlds" — which will feature lyrics written primarily by former IMMORTAL guitarist Demonaz (real name: Harald Nævdal) — is scheduled to be mastered in early August. I will make its live debut at Bergen's Hole In The Sky festival on August 26. As previously reported, IMMORTAL will reunite for several exclusive shows next year, including the Wacken Open Air festival, which is scheduled to take place August 2-4, 2007 in Wacken, Germany. In a recent interview with Germany's Rock Hard magazine, Abbath said of the band's reunion plans, "We will come back, stronger than ever. I [recently] met with Horgh [ex-IMMORTAL drummer, curently in HYPOCRISY] for the first time in over a year. He's built his new house here [in Norway], right around the corner.
