not my personal choice.. our boss insisted us to act like this. most people tend to be abusive when you give them the opportunity and wrong impression (very accomodating). i'm no flight attendant, receptionist nor guidance counsellor, so i can pretend being impatient (especially to stupid questions) and snob.
