Im not afraid to voice out my opinion especially when I do not agree with you on certain things, it doesn't matter if I'm in front of my subordinates or in front of our big bosses, If I don't agree with you, be sure to hear from me, which would oftentimes get me into trouble with my colleagues..My colleagues within my rank think I'm too CONDESCENDING while my bosses would accuse me of INSUBORDINATION. Another thing, Unlike most of us, I am NOT obsessed on being Politically correct, I say what I want or what I feel..political correctness is decided by what the majority of our society think is the norm anyway, which I don't give a fcuk, our society has become too soft in my opinion anyway with men trying to dress and act like women. sOin2you Posted January 7, 2012 Share Posted January 7, 2012 sometimes i have a hard time managing my emotion. i tend to curse out loud that causes them to be distracted. either that or i could unintentionally come out too strong and be very vocal. i guess some people are also conservative still. though i'm not saying i'm not, but perhaps in some areas. it's just that sometimes they don't want me being that open. and maybe that's one reason why in most times i isolate myself instead of joining them. it feels like they don't want to know me that well, like i'm someone who's outrageously off for them. As long as I know I am right, then I won't back down. Well, there is a fine line though, between being disrespectful and being opinionated and acting on what you think is right. While I don't entirely disrespect them, I won't keep my mouth shut just because he/she is my boss. Someone needs a little telling off every once in a while to keep their heads grounded.
