If it's something common like Cruz or Santos, you probbaly shouldn't name the kid Juan or Antonio. It's going to be hard getting an NBI clearance later in life. So kung Cruz ang familyname maybe an unusual name like Desdemona or Euripides would be ideal.Otherwise, if the family name is uncommon like Biglang Awa or Schwarzenegger then the parents should go for simple names like Ana or Ben.
