Any change/break from whats giving you stress helps. Even if its just for a short time. For me its usually

 

- shopping around for books and magazines. I dont do this a much but its still fun for me. Finding something you dont see often thats interesting. Like a treasure hunt.

 

- watching movies - downloading stuff would be cheaper but the ambience of the movie theatre makes it more of an escape from the stress

 

- Spa - a nice thera who treats you well, a great massage is enough to melt the stress away. ES is just that, extra, like icing on the cake. Delicious, sweet, rich, creamy, addictive icing.....

 

Aaaaah....... Need SPA Now!!!! Lol :D
