scepter Posted June 1, 2006 Share Posted June 1, 2006 If it's just your normal stress from work and what have you, I normally just read a booK (read novels everyday anyway) or listen to soothing music. If it's stress from tension, anger, etc. I just let it out in my daily workouts at the gym. If it's too deeply emotional, I read the Bible or The Daily Bread. Quote Link to comment
