I get stressed out physically often, but psychologically, I stay positive and don't let it affect me. In life we actually need stress, positive stress to energize us.

In reality, if some problem comes along, and I can remedy or solve it, I try my best. But if the condition cannot be change, I conserve my energy and pray for it.

It is all about outlook and expectations. I have used exersize, taking leisure trip, regular vacation, shopping, surfing the net, watching telenovelas and of course more constructive work to relieve stress. But none beat proper rest and relaxation by listening to our body.
