What I do when I'm stressed out:

 

1) soak in a bubble bath for 30minutes or even an hour

 

2) watch funny movies or tv shows

 

3) write an ABC story

 

4) post in message boards

 

5) construct a much-awaited e-mail reply

 

6) stare at anything green

 

7) listen to any of the following CDs (Akustik Natin, Sting's Songs of Love, A Walk To Remember movie soundtrack or Suzanne Vega's Solitude Standing)

 

8) read Woody Allen's Without Feathers or Richard Lederer's Crazy English

 

9) call my bestfriend in Saudi Arabia

 

10) call my spiritual adviser in the Philippines

 

I'm getting stressed out just thinking of this list and writing it. Ahihihi. :D

just log in to MTC and then say what you feel... let it out.... one good thing here in MTC is that youre free to say or to do whatever you want as long as it would not hurt other members of course... then listen into any kind of music... that would surely help you ease your stress

 

 

and by the way dont forget to smile it would help you to feel more better... :cool:
