IceZard Posted May 12, 2004 Share Posted May 12, 2004 whenever im stressed out, i usually pause for a while and close my eyes and pray to God thanking him for all the blessings i have received, while doing some stretching. If it doesnt work, i go and play my PS2 Fight Night game to try and relieve my stress. If that still doesnt work i will take a nice hot bath in my newly/personally constructed bath tub.
