yup! i'll have to agree with the above! nothing clears my head like a long drive.. doesn't matter the destination. :)

 

i also like spending lazy afternoons with friends or by myself... having really long lunches that stretch into early dinner... or having salon and spa days...

 

i read... or i write it out.

 

if i'm feeling extra angsty as well, working up a good sweat does it for me.

 

or just "you, me, five bucks and a cup of coffee..."

 

if all else fails, there's sleep. ;)
