Stressed Out

If it's just your normal stress from work and what have you, I normally just read a booK (read novels everyday anyway) or listen to soothing music. If it's stress from tension, anger, etc. I just let it out in my daily workouts at the gym. If it's too deeply emotional, I read the Bible or The Daily Bread.

Whenever i get stressed i simply put on some pump up music and visualize myself as an anti-hero on a bloodbath with international terrorists....all this while finishing my pending projects

 

Another option is to hit the gym...shower....go home and sleep

 

Another is to watch a real funny movie.
