Try this: Watch cartoons while drinking iced tea. Follow this with an hour of coloring book therapy, where you can color any object with any color you want--purple sun, pink trees, yellow cats... Then sing some stupid boy band song while you are in the shower. Watch some porn and try to figure out which bad disco music gets used over and over again.

Top 10 Ways to Handle Stress

 

1.Jam tiny marshmallows up your nose and try to sneeze them out.

 

2.Pop some popcorn without putting the lid on.

 

3.When someone says "Have a nice day" tell them you have other plans.

 

4.During your next meeting, sneeze, and then loudly suck the phlegm back down your throat.

 

5.Dance naked in front of your pets.

 

6.Go shopping; buy lots of clothes; sweat in them; return them the next day.

 

7.Drive to work in reverse.

 

8.Read the dictionary backwards and look for subliminal messages.

 

9.Start a nasty rumor and see if you recognize it when it gets back to you.
