In life we actually need stress, positive stress to energize us.In reality, if some problem comes along, and I can remedy or solve it, I try my best. But if the condition cannot be change, I conserve my energy and pray for it. It is all about outlook and expectations. I have used exersize, taking leisure trip, regular vacation, shopping, surfing the net, watching telenovelas and of course more constructive work to relieve stress.
