whenever i'm stressed out, i usually go to the gym and work out.

Running also helps me loose my stress baggage...

 

 

being burn out is another thing, when stress gets out of control and the

feeling of burning out is creeping into me, i take a vacation of

at least 3 days and go to the beach... very effective for me. :cool:

after my beach escapade, it always feels like i'm renewed and refesh.

1st degree - quick fix for stress - yosi break

2nd degree : pag di kaya ng yosi lang - beer or coffee with friends

3rd degree : mag half day the next day. dahil sa sobrang kalasingan at sakit ng ulo. hehehe!

4th degree : pag sobrang stressed out - nagbobook ng flight for vacation. alarm level na ito.

drive up to tagaytay, eat in any of the good establishment there, go to country suites, eat the chocolate dessert that i crave for, relax, open laptop, surf, log in to mtc, chat at ym, think, meditate, try to know why you should not jump off the mountain and finally, take a long drive home while trying to control road rage.
