calistoga Posted January 31, 2007 Share Posted January 31, 2007 when i am stressed out, i do any one or all of the following: find the nearest japanese restaturant and eat all the ramen i can take. find the nearest vietnamese restaurant and eat all the vietnamese food i can take get my favorite brandy when i get home and drown all the ramen and the vietnamese food i took! hoping that i will snore my way to sleep after any one or all of the above. dyosah Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 whenever i'm stressed out, i usually go to the gym and work out.Running also helps me loose my stress baggage... being burn out is another thing, when stress gets out of control and thefeeling of burning out is creeping into me, i take a vacation ofat least 3 days and go to the beach... very effective for me. :cool: after my beach escapade, it always feels like i'm renewed and refesh.
