Grandstand seats — the paid viewing tiers along Osmeña Boulevard sell through the Sinulog Foundation when booking opens (historically December); they sell out quickly. The Grand Parade, Practically

• Street closures are total. Large sections of downtown Cebu close to vehicles on parade day; within the festival zone, walking is the only real mode. Plan footwear and hydration like a day hike.
