It may not be essential from our perspective as men, but it really it comes down from the economic needs of the providers. It’s a means of survival or indulgence. It pays well, and if you’re good looking, di kailangan ng puhunan. Yes it can be argued that they could have any other profession. But not all of us were given the same opportunities.
