Hindi drug-related yun charge, pero it shows paano mag operate ang pulis sa mga search warrants/tokhang. Tanim droga/baril/granada sila.

 

Hilig nilang itanim yn granada/baril lagi kasi non-bailable offense yun pag ‘nahuli’ ka, so kahit wala pang desisyon ang mga korte, pwede ka nila ikulong indefinitely. As for drugs? They just plant it on you post-mortem, after ka nila patayin.

Government war on drugs will continue. It is a matter of national security. Any government elected to office will carry this burden. I really don't care if people involved in drugs are killed in the process. 

Drugs are used by foreign powers to keep our country weak. The CIA is into it. The Chinese military is into it as well. Both are using drug syndicates to flood our country with drugs. Even our own police hierarchy are infiltrated with drug syndicate protectors. And these police generals are in turn coddled by politicians who get their money from drug trade.

A government saddled with the drug menace on top of its already heavy economic burden is easy to manipulate.

Sa kulungan ang bagsak ng isang babaeng tulak na tinaguriang "Dragon Lady" at konektado umano sa Chinese Triad na gumagamit pa ng helicopter para maghatid ng droga.

Ang suspek, mahigit isang dekada nang may warrant of arrest dahil sa ilegal niyang gawain.

Sa ulat ni John Consulta sa "Unang Balita" nitong Huwebes, mapapanood sa video ng National Bureau of Investigation - Task Force Against Illegal Drugs (NBI-TFAID) ang pag-aresto sa high-priority drug personality na si Florentina Natindim Tee sa kaniyang garment store sa Batangas.

Sinabi ng NBI na hindi ordinaryong drug personality si Tee dahil mahigit isang dekada na siyang may warrant of arrest dahil sa pagbebenta umano ng ilegal na droga.

Sa tulong ng isang impormante, natunton si Tee sa Batangas.

"She earned the monicker of a 'Dragon Lady' because she is married to a Chinese national, and then may connection siya with a Chinese Triad. Warrant of arrest niya was for a kilo of cocaine. She is selling in bulk. She is using helicopters in transporting illegal drugs," sabi ni NBI-TFAID chief Rosa Jonathan Galicia.

Nagagawa pa ring makalabas ng bansa ni Tee kahit na meron siyang warrant.

"She was able to change her identity. She used her maiden name to ellude arrest," ayon kay Galicia.

Sinisikap pa ng GMA News na makuha ang pahayag ng suspek habang tuloy ang follow-up operation ng NBI sa kaniyang grupo.

Ayon kay NBI Director Eric Distor, magsasagawa sila ng backtrack sa lahat ng aktibidad at katransaksiyon ni Tee para matukoy ang mga personalidad na nakikinabang sa kaniyang operasyon ng droga. —LBG, GMA News

DAVAO CITY - Anti-narcotics agents have arrested Davao Oriental’s second top drug personality in a buy-bust, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Davao Region (PDEA-11) reported Friday.

In a statement, the PDEA-11 identified the suspect as Anthony Louie Tura, 33, of Barangay Central, Mati City, Davao Oriental.

Joint operatives of PDEA-11, the Regional Intelligence Unit of Police Regional Office - 11, Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office, and the Mati City Police Station launched the operation at 7:50 p.m. on February 2 at the suspect’s house in the area.

Tura was collared by PDEA agents after completing the drug transaction with a poseur buyer.

Seized from the suspect were a small sachet of shabu worth PHP1,000 and the buy-bust money.

A further search on the suspect yielded two other plastic sachets of shabu with a street value of PHP15,000.

The suspects will be charged with the violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (PNA)

PDEA, Customs raid shabu lab in Caloocan City | GMA News Online (gmanetwork.com)

Personnel of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) raided an alleged shabu laboratory in Caloocan City.

 

According to Mai Bermudez’s “Saksi” report on Friday, authorities seized imported chemicals, ingredients, and paraphernalia used in making shabu in a house in Libis Gochuico Street, Caloocan City.

They also found a liquid shabu stored inside a refrigerator.

The police said no one was arrested during the operation, adding that several suspects involved in the operation of the shabu lab were nabbed last March 9 in a buy-bust operation in Cubao, Quezon City.

Meanwhile, a Chinese national was arrested for possession of 160 kilograms of shabu in Valenzuela City.

P11-B shabu seized in Infanta | The Manila Times

THE National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) seized 1,589 bags of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu worth P11 billion in Infanta, Quezon on March 15.

The bureau described the haul as "unprecedented and historic," being the biggest drug seizure in Philippine history.

The operation held at 4 a.m. on Tuesday led to the arrest of 10 individuals who were transporting the illegal drugs on three commuter vans.

NBI Deputy Director for Forensic Investigation Service and concurrent spokesman Ferdinand Lavin identified those arrested as Jamelanie Samsono, Reynante Alpuerto, Jenard Samson, Mark Bryan Abonota, Dante Manoso, Kennedy Abonita, Marvin Gallardo, Eugene Pandoma, Alvin Evardo and Jaymante Gallardo.

He said the suspects will be presented for inquest proceedings for violation of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002."

NBI Officer in Charge Senior Deputy Director Eric Distor commended his men for the successful operation.

"The war against illegal drugs will continue and relentlessly pursued as long as there are unscrupulous individuals who ply illegal drugs to the detriment of our society," he said.
