Yes. Kaso kung sobrang pagod ka na lalo sa LRT/MRT nakakalimot na unless buntis, may kasamang bata, may kapansanan o matanda.

Pinagbubuksan ko sila ng pinto. Inaabutan. Mga simple gestures na minsan taken for granted lang at walang thank you. (Pero iba pa rin kung nagthank you no? Kahit tango man lang)

By default you should give priority to the elderly and the disabled

 

But for my case, if I can do anything to help who are weaker or less fortunate than me then I would do it.

 

Exceptions are when I am truly inconvenienced. I won't give up my seat, as an example if I am not feeling well
