Overall he is a good president, and he is not a puppet president.   Yes may shortcomings sa pandemic response, but kung i-compare natin ang pilipinas over sa ibang bansa (particular mga western), we perform better, lesser death.   Wala naman siguro naka ready sa pandemic na to.

Aside from that I would say definitely an improvement in: peace and order, infrastructures (partial credit), salary increases to govt workers (not saying they all deserve it.
