Its not my duty as a citizen to diagnose. Its the President's duty to divulge his health record and be transparent about it. Nasa saligang batas yan. So far, walang concrete medical records na pinapakita.

Mainly basing it on what he admitted earlier in the year. That he has recurring spinal pain problems and he had to take fentanyl to ease it. Yes, you can argue that he said he stopped using it after his doctor said so. But I can counter that by saying he lies (or para sa mga DDS... jokes) so often that one cant really take him at his word.

 

Then blackened skin is a sign that theres obstruction of blood in that area. True, it can be caused by other citcumstances... but he also always looks tired, doesnt he?

His medical records are personal, private information.

In fact, as President his medical records are treated as highly confidential information information leaks about it may even be taken as a matter of National Security.

 

Mag speculate kayo, pero as long as Du30 is still alive and not seriously incapacitated, his doctors will not publicly divulge his medical condition without direct say so of the President himself.

Typically, top leadership, especially those at the top of the order of succession would be appraised of real condition of the President (in case he is really in danger), but the government would normally keep the information away from public knowledge, and certainly away from the prying eyes of foreign governments.

Hindi tayo government of various countries.We have our laws and international instruments which mandates and obliges the president and the government to be transparent. Societal heirarchy-wise, mas mataas ang sambayanan kaysa gobyerno. We also have the Freedom of Information act.
