well from the start the Contractualization Law is already there ... given na yan. eh di sana from the start manisi na lang agad si duterte wag na nangakong tatapusin. eh di hindi siya masisisi sa “i will end endo” (wala naman atang magagawa talaga?). wala din tayong pinaguusapan ngayon kahit anong paninisi gawin mo kung sino may pakana ng contractualization law.

so after masoplang yang argument na kay cory nagsimula ang contractualization law kaya dun dapat isisi ang palusot naman ngayon walang presidente ang nagawa 100% ang mga pinangako.

 

agree naman ako sa iyo except ang issue ba eh tungkol sa 100% delivery of his promises? aba’y sa pagkatanda ko ang pinaguusapan lang natin eh specific promise to stop endo ... so in that regard natupad ba o hindi? oo lang naman o hindi ang sagot at tigilan na ang mga pagpapalusot para sa kadedepensa sa kanya.

matanong kita at paki sagot nga .... kung sa umpisa pa lamang eh alam nang malabo na pala maalis ang endo eh bakit nangako pa siyang aalisin niya ito? bakit di nalang niya sabihin mga kababayan ko wala na hong pagasang maalis ang endo sisihin ho natin si cory.na siyang pinagmulan nito.

You can asks those promodizers sa malls kung may nagbago sa pagiging contractual nila para you can hear first hand. Even the mall requires their consignors to submit required docs based on DO 174.

This is one memo given by a major mall, others are also doing this to comply so their malls are safe for any violations. This is a good thing kasi the consignors are

forced to comply what the malls want.

Please be advised that all Store Consignors are required to submit copy of the following documents to SCO Head Office through Merchandising not later than March 28, 2018

Ø Service Agreement between Store Consignor and its Service Provider (s)

( if Demos are hired through Manpower Agency )

Ø DOLE Registration

Ø Code of Discipline

Ø Job Description of the Demo Personnel and Coordinator

Ø Employment Contract of the Demo(s)

 

This is to ensure compliance with DOLE Labor Laws and Standards.

Because of these, manpower agencies have regularized those demos instead of renewing their contracts every 5 months. So no more ENDO for them. Those who saw potential were taken out of the agency and absorbed in the company.

The best people to ask that are those demos right? Ano sa tingin mo sasagutin nila? SIla naman yung makikinabang sa issue na ito at sila rin yung magpapasalamat kung sino man sa tingin nila ang nakatulong sa kanila.
