crazy how I used to envision myself getting married, coming home to a husband, playing with our kids in a home we both dreamed of-but then somewhere along the way, something in me shifted. Like I no longer want to settle down. Suddenly, marriage felt foreign, and seeing the world on my own while I still can is all that matters to me now.

Ang gus2 ko lang yung cermeony sa church but not having to file to city hall.   Walang sinabi si Jesus na i-file nyo yan sa city hall at me mga  legalities.   What God put together let no man put asunder.   Yan ang sabi sa Bibliya.   Mas legal ang Diyos kesa sa mga tao na "nag-lelegitimize raw ng kasal via certificates for a fee."

Do you believe in marriage? Express your views about the fundamental institution of marriage and whether or not you think it is an important aspect of society.

It's an established aspect of society and signals trustworthiness because a person has agreed to marry you, with all the good and bad that marriage carries.

Marriage tends to mellow a person out, while singles feel like a mixed bag and act more like loose canons.

But, this is also used to deceive people (see: beards, and every married asshole politician).
