Para kay rooster, hindi dapat tanggalin ang endo dahil maraming logical reasons na hindi nararapat tanggalin ang endo.

 

Pero, dahil nangako daw na tatanggalin ni Duterte, nagrereklamo sya bakit hindi pa 100% natanggal.

 

Ano ba ang mas importante, masunod ang nararapat o masunod ang pangako sa yo na di mo naman pala gusto?

The fact is he did something about it by signing an EO. Only Congress can craft a law that could end ENDO. You concentrate on what Duterte promised without even knowing the law. Again, you have an internet connection, use it wisely.

What's the use of apologizing?

 

When he made the promise, he was not yet the President. He did not have the overall view of the issue. But when he got it, he decided on the correct move.
