Public official yang VP, on the course of her duties (or in this case, radio show for the public), hindi mapipigilan maging honest and open even on personal things. Ganun din naman si PDuts, open nga siya na pumatay ng tao at magnakaw ng malaki sa kaban ng bayan, TMI diba? Sana sinarili na lang niya para walang kontrobersya. Pero such is public service. Transparency. Openness. Yun ang gusto ng Pinoy. Kapag nananahimik naman yung VP, pupulaan naman ng walang ginagawa. Saan naman lulugar yung tao? Pro DU30 here even said this before. There is a world of difference between what PDuts lets out during his "inspired" monologues and what VP Leni says on her radio program. To compare them is quite uncanny. Kaya controversial yung mga bitaw ni Digongski, dahil expletive-laden, at times combative (against drugs, the U.S., the U.N.) and sometimes bordering on sexual harassment.What we want from Digong is not to shut him up totally. We want him to show up, show inspired leadership to every Filipino, not just his political base. What we want less of is the undignified sallies against perceived enemies of his war on drugs that never fails to put him (and the Philippines) on the pages of international news media in a negative light.
