is it safe? ive heard stories na yung ibang owners, nag lalagay ng hidden cam sa room

May naencounter ako private resort airbnb may cctv sa common area but not sa rooms. I guess they wont risk naman their business by having cctv sa mismong room kasi it violates our privacy na.

 

and i know some people na nag papa airbnb ng unit here in condo.. usually mga matatandang babae un caretaker or tagalinis nila. parang di naman sila techy enough to set up a hidden cam he he

This is true. Usually sa common area lang ang CCTV and sa entrances. I frequently book airbnbs and this is the common set up.

 

If you are worried about hidden camera set up sa airbnb, then you should be worried sa hotel and motels as well.

 

I dont think owners will risk their name and properties to do such things. Pero kung paranoid ka talaga, just do simple checks sa airbnb rooms and cr before using.

Airbnb, mas may personal touch. Mas open minded ang owner ng unit did I mention we spoil our guests? Motel, limited..limited..

madami ng ganito lately. sa Manila madaming condominium units ang nakaregister sa Airbnb. mga unoccupied units. kaso kapag condominium required sumunod sa rules ng buong establishment since residential talaga ang main purpose niya.
