Studios is not having a "booming" time.. Sheesh!!! Ewan ko ba, naiinip na din ako for Don Vito Corleone's/Marlon Brando's mug to appear on comicbook paper.. Aren't you getting "Hulk Vs. Hercules: When Titans Collide?" I am looking to get this title, but still undecided.. Kung kakaunti lang titles ko this week, kinuha ko na ito eh.. I love slugfests na ganyan.. hahaha.. Kaso ang dami kasi eh.. Napakamot nga ulo ko nung nakita ko kung gaano kadami ang darating na nasa pull list ko eh.. Last week lang ako medyo nakapagpahinga eh.. No, I'm not getting Hulk Vs. Hercules: When Titans Collide. I love slugfests as well but I've given up this title the moment I saw it on solicitations because I've so many titles. I'm assuming this won't be a sell-out so you can pass for it this week and get it next week. Boom studios seems to be a late "bloomer". I'm anxiously waiting for Warhammer: Condemned By Fire. One more set-back is that this ain't the first Hulk vs. Hercules slugfest and most probably, it won't be the last.. I still have all of my comics from 10-15 years back, bro.. I even have my comics (although, wasak-wasak na talaga) from my Grade School years.. I just keep them in comicbook boxes, & most are just placed in plastic with backing boards.. I have no intentions of selling them.. Unless, gipitin ako.. hahaha.. Knock on wood.. But much like my NBA Cards, hindi ko talaga naiisip na ibenta ito.. I am selling some of my TPB's though coz I have the single issues already.. Mahirap din kasi ibenta ang mga collections ko dahil may sentimental value lahat ito sa akin.. Masarap din kasi ang feeling kapag kolektor ka na meron ka na key issue or key series.. But if you are planning to sell some of your collections, I think pwede naman kahit hindi pristine or mint yung copies mo.. As we all know, there are collectors who want to get a hold of a certain issue or series for their collections.. Not for grading purposes but for collection/reading purposes.. I'm planning to give them to some of my friends soon. Di ko naalagaan kaya ipapamigay ko na lang pero yung mga sinimulan kong i-collect nung 2005 eh itatago ko at ibebenta kung may extra copy. Ang dami ngang tie-ins ng Infinite Crisis! :cry: Buti na lang at wala pa yung mga spin-off ng Secret Invasion so mukhang pass na ako sa mga tie-ins at spin-off pero gusto ko ding makumpleto honestly. revi Posted April 24, 2008 Share Posted April 24, 2008 Just got all of my new comics today.. I also read the new Previews.. And I saw all the f#&king tie-ins for DC's Final Crisis.. I still have no idea on what tie-in to get.. And I am getting jittery dahil (as mazinger pointed out) medyo madami nga ito.. Ang daming one-shots.. Right off the bat, I am thinking of getting the Rogue's Revenge storyline coz I feel that this is necessary to complete my Death of Bart Allen/Impulse storyline.. and the Justice League tie-in issues.. Yung mga one shots, Revenge, etc., di ko pa talaga alam.. Busiek's Trinity of DC (which would replace the weekly Countdown series) is something I would like to get.. But right now, I am having second thoughts.. Medyo masakit sa bulsa na ang weekly stories, tapos mukhang hindi naman nakaka-intriga ito.. Plus, Bagley's pencilling, and that (for me) is a big negative.. hahaha.. Akala ko kasi, four-parter lang ito.. Hindi pala.. On-going weekly series pala ito.. Damn! I will research on DC in the net when I have the time.. So that I could have a gut-feel kung ano ang importanteng mga issues.. Haay! Final Crisis #0 will hit the shelves next week.. This is a no-brainer.. Anyone who's planning to get Final Crisis should get this issue.. 50 bucks lang naman eh.. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
