Doogiehowitzer
I’m trying to lose weight and replace the food I eat with healthier alternatives. I also snack a lot. Do you guys have healthier alternatives to the usual snacks (cookies, biscuits, sweets)? Quote Link to comment

A couple of grapes or apples also helps but if i really feel the urge to eat something unhealthy i just down a pitchel of water just to make me feel full. papaap
Calorie deficit. Still take 3 meals a day (bfast, lunch, and dinner) but with controlled ample size. Start in graduation and stay away from junk foods and sweets. Dont be frustrated with how long the process is, eventually makikita mo ang result 1-2 months. Quote Link to comment
