I'm trying keto diet right now, fast 12 hours from your last meal. Usually last meal is around afternoon so when I get home I go to sleep directly. You can eat anything IN MODERATION from when you want to start the 12 hours again.

 

Usually balanced carb and protein para may energy. Pang-2nd week ko na at di naman ako nagugutom ng sobra unlike before kaya so far, ok naman.
