The bank you've been with the longest. Usually sila pa mag o-offer. BDO gave me my first one.

i have citibank and union bank. sadly citibank ph was bought by union bank so i need to find another one for redundancy and lose one union bank cc.

Unionbank, yung mga nasa mall. Madali sila mag approve and id lang pinakita ko.

Yes This is always the case, got my first card with BPI. They told me that it was pre-approved so ayun.
