from my observation, the office romances that tend to go horribly wrong are the non serious relationships.

Totoo yung hanggang tinginan nalang kayo... we do our jobs professionally at work and have own set of colleagues to go out during breaks

Sometimes pupunta lang sya sa desk ko as if to ask something pero he would chat later what color ng bra ko (nakaboso na pala)

To answer TS question:

In my experience since nasa same floor lang kami ng type ko before and we interact regarding the tech side while she is in consulting side. Usually kasi kinakaibigan ko muna and then kinikilala to see and know her standards kung pasok ba o hindi. If pasok then try i level up kung saan pwede pumunta. If not then walang no choice. Move on and inom na lang. 

Para sa akin wala naman problema sa office romance ang challenge na lang is pag naging kayo tapos nag break up. Let say bad break up un. how would you deal with it kung iisang floor lang kayo ah?.
