Office Romance

Recommended Posts

it all depends in your situation and preference. Some may take it as advantage because things got better on their work at inspired both of you. but others also have a negative impact, mostly because you are surrounded by people who expect good or bad in your relationship. Yun bang wala pang nagyayari my mga tsismis at prediction na sila on top of panggagating pa ng iba ng mga bagay bagay na di na dapat pa pinapakealamanan.

Very thrilling. Ewan ko ba bakit iba excitement at chemistry pag office romance. Aside from getting buried in office gossip and negative effect sa work environment kung nag away kayo, ok siya. Overall, unless you're sleeping with your boss, bad decision for your career. Keep it on the down-low na lang.

Naalala ko tuloy yung employee kong dalaga, i think she's in 18-21 pa lang. She locked the door, pinatong nya siko nya sa table to showcase her cleavage but suddenly my secretary knocks on door.

Mahirap lang palagan kasi baka magka issue ako at masira image ko sa mga employees ko. Pero pag nagka chance, why not outside my company

The risk and pleasure equates the same thus most are into it for those that are doing this considering they are already committed to someone else. High excitement, dopamine overload.

Be ready if you have one, as high it goes the same on the opposite when it ends.

No matter what your intentions are, it’s best not to date your managers or subordinates. “It is a bad idea to get involved with anybody who is in your chain of command, both up or down. We know from research that the outcomes aren’t as good and the perceptions are more negative. That’s because this is where conflicts of interest are most stark. It’s hard to be objective when giving someone you’re dating a performance review, for example. And you don’t want people to think that you’re being unduly favored; it can erode your own confidence and hurt the team’s morale. Both experts acknowledge that boss-employee romances do happen and sometimes those relationships work out. However, if that’s something you’d like to consider, they suggest you “take action immediately” to transfer to a new boss or reassign your direct report to another team.
