Did have a relationship with my teammate. Nalipat ako ng department at office nung nabuking kami. Super stressful ung nalipatan ko and eventually umalis ako sa company. Nag break din kami shortly after ko umalis.

I have! Not once but thrice, yes tatlo after ko malaman na chinichismis ako ng isa kong officemate na lalaki na bakla daw ako. Hahaha 😂 yes totoo naman mukha akong bakla dahil napaka linis ko sa katawan at medyo mahinhin makipag usap. Pero tang ina na challenge ako. Ngayon sinampal ko sya ng katotohanan na kaya pag sabay sabayin yung mga magagandang babae sa office namin.

Pag may nagsasabi na porket single kang lalaki bakla na agad sa mga mindset nila at paningin. Lalo na yung mga bakla sa opisina na akala mo hawak nila buhay mo pati mga kilos. Buti na lang umalis na ako sa workplace ko dati nang dahil lang sa mga sipsip na bakla sa boss at pinagchichismisan ako ng wala namang ebidensyang nagpapatunay.

I witnessed office romance(s) of married couples in the workplace, and one thing was in common - i did not go well for all of them. Sabi nga, dont sh*t in your backyard. They all ended losing their jobs and family.

I'm also a firm practictioner of 'don't shit on your own backyard'. primary reason is ayaw kong pinaguusapan ako sa likod ko or sa mga pantry tsismis. kaya lang minsan meron talagang dyan na makakasundo mo talaga sa ugali.. so hirap din layuan.. kung single kayo parehas, walang problema.. pero kung isa sa inyo may family na, then just stop. also pag same dept/group kayo hassle.. so the farther, the better para sakin.

As much as possible, avoid. Possible sexual harassment can be filed if things go south since I am a manager.

No office romance for me. When things turn sour in your relationship,  you will hurt your officemate-partner and you might face possible sexual harassment charge affecting your employment.

Wayback 2014 may ka officemate ako kasabay ko siya pumasok sa work, mukha pa kasi siya nene that time, close kami nung una, both naman kami single that time pero di ko siya niligawan hays haha, then after a few months nalipat siya nang ibang team and nag bloom siya naging office crush siya that time. Then yung balak ko na siya ligawan is naging awkward na kami di ko na i detail hehe.

Ngayon 2023 kasal na siya sa kaibigan ko din sa previous work na yun, isa sa missed opportunity ko sayang.

Work stress makes people vulnerable, minsan naghahanap ka lang talaga ng matatakbuhan. And a lot of people abuse this.
