That means they're being given a monthly allowance. I heard it ranges anywhere from 20K to 50K a month. So kung staff ka lang at 20k lang sweldo mo big deal na yung maging 50k inuuwi mo. May ilang staff na lumapit sakin nagpaparinig na gusto ng sponsor. But I probably wouldn't get where I am if I'm that stupid right?
