Nemo Outis Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 NOT an expert, but here goes: If you can't live without rice, try switching from white to brown rice - low glycemic index and high fiber content. Or if you don't mind the price, try quinoa instead. It can take the place of rice, and it has a reasonable amount of protein in it as well Quote Link to comment
