Not happy with work/ carreer

happy too with my work but its getting bored. In addition, one of our co-employee is getting into my nerve lately. No choice but to stay. there is a lot of mouths to feed.

I've reach my desired salary to support my family, however I'm not happy with the way the boss manages people. So book based and also no career growth on my end.

I feel you fellas. Parang I got stuck dun sa "matrix" na study well and get a good job.

 

Don't get me wrong though, nakaka provide naman ako sa family ko and ok naman yung future ko sa company despite the challenges.

 

 

But I sometimes stare in the ceiling and there's a being in my chest na nagpupumiglas, this is not me! I should be living my life as an expression of my spirit. Like most of ya'll here ang hirap umalis dun sa safe path.

 

Alam ko naman na yung passion and interest ko ang gusto kong maging buhay ko araw-araw. But yung livelihood and expense namin will set me back once na I do that drastic living the life that I want.

 

 

Kaya ngayon I guess my way out is to earn enough pang buffer para kung sakaling mag "YOLO" moves na ko taken cared of ang family ko.

kaya di ako makaalis is other companies cant offer what im currently making. i go like, this is my basic.. this is my take home pay.. but i can go as low as lower than my basic. been taking up classes, reading online materials as well. company wont promote me as they'd rather promote someone whose in a lower salary grade which i understand naman. just really frustrating

I guess I am on the same boat. I might be on that area where I have to read and learn a lot more so another company would hire me at a higher rate.

Im happy with my work but not with the people I work with, in which I think that its worse to be in this position cause my F@#$%^& workmates irritate the F@#$ out me. hahaha

Recently resigned as a Software Engineer. Colleagues are the f#&king best, but the work itself is retarded. While I did really enjoy programming during my college days, multimedia talaga ang gusto ko kaso the most painful thing you will hear from your parents is "walang pera diyan".

Yes, I am not happy.

I have worked in several companies before. It seems that I can't get to the position that I am aiming for.

I also can't seem to find a company where I can say I can work for 10 years or more or even up to when I retire.
