Software Architect

1. Experienced Software Professional with lead role experience in Software Dev't.

or Professional Services team, ideally within a Global company.

2. Must demonstrate a proven track record of 5 to 10+ years of his/her ability to:

a. Prepare project plans and design software modules architecture

b. Provide technical guidance to the development team

c. Assist in preparing proposals for customer solutions;

d. Design and develop web-based large scale B2B applications using Java, J2EE, C/C++,

Unix shell scripts, PL/SQL, UML, or other similar tools and technologies

e. Use of system configuration management and version control tools;

f. Design, develop and administer system based on relational database management software;

JAVA - Software Engineer

1. At least 2 years web-based programming experience

2. Working knowledge of object-oriented development principles

3. Understanding of at least one object-oriented analysis and design notation and

paradigm such as UML (knowledge of Rational Rose modeling tool a plus)

4. Proficient in JAVA

5. Extensive experience with GUI programming on Windows 95/98/NT, HP UX, Solaris, AIX, SCO UNIX

6. Proficiency and working experience in RDB programming methods and idioms for SQL

(RDBMS such as Oracle, Informix)

7. Familiarity with standard protocols (TCP/IP,HTTP, FTP), CORBA and/or exposure to ERP packages

(SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus

 

 

 

Technical Support Engineer

1. Can work on a UNIX environment and any of its shells scripts

2. Proficient in at least one programming / scripting language

3. Can understand / read scripts / codes

4. Has the right support attitude

5. Have had client interface experience

6. Troubleshooting skills and analysis

7. Good English communication skills (written and actual)

8. Able to work on nightshift (US business hours)

9. Some level of JAVA programming knowledge / experience

Client Relationship Manager

1. Must have at least two (2) years of managerial experience

2. Must have at least seven (7) years of i.t. work experience

3. Must have experience in handling/managing large teams (between 20 to 30 people)

6. Preferably with Network/Administration Skills (Unix, Scripting, Linux, Perl)

7. Knowledge in EDI is a plus

Does anyone really failed on a training? Does anyone experienced failing on a training program sa call center?

Just liked to asked abt the training is because it's my first day on the training..same training schedule that i'll be having a two week accent training 1and 1/2 month product training. I really find it hard on the accent training so i'm really curious if someone do really failed on a training? Just incase you failed? what do they do to those peeps failing on the training? Will they be able to get another training or are they really subject for termination? pls help... thx in adv!

 

Yes, you can fail in a training program if you don't meet standards.

 

Depending on the call center you're in, you can get terminated or recommended to transfer to another training for another program which requires more basic skills.

Hi!

 

I am in touch with a leading Japanese company who is planning to establish a PCB design center in the country. The location of the office is Makati.

 

They are currently looking for PCD design engineers who have AT LEAST 3 TO 5 YEARS experience in this field.

 

Interviews will be conducted in early October. Qualified engineers will be sent to Japan for training while the office is being set up in Q1 2007. Salary will depend on capability.

Different reasons why applicants fail the call center applications:

 

1. Consistently interchanging p&f and/or b&v

e.g. "good comfany," "You're the vest!," "answer the telepown,"

 

2. Consistent vowel lapses

e.g. "Yes, mom (ma'am)...no, mom," "I don't spek (speak) Tagalog at home," "Good jab, kep it ap!"

 

3. Consistent grammatical errors

e.g. "I graduate from !@$e last 2004 and become supervisor of fast food,""Badminton and basketball is always been my favorite sports."

 

4. Strong regional accent that makes it hard for the statements to be understandable

 

5. Poor organization and expression

e.g. too many fillers, stuttering, long pauses, incomplete sentences, speaks in Tagalog

 

6. Did not complete at least two years in college

 

7. Was terminated or had major attendance issues with previous employer

 

8. Poor logical thinking / weak PSDM skills (These people usually fail the IQ test.)

 

9. Has flexibility issues

e.g not open to rotating or night shifts, working during the weekends or holidays, doing overtime

 

10. Has job-fit issues

e.g. health problems, not open to or qualified for positions being offered at the time (e.g. sales / technical support)

My friend's employer are hiring people for computer trainees.

I'm also into nude photography but I keep the pics strictly for personal use. Usually easier to go through a PSP handler and have them find the girl for you. They show me pictures and I meet the girl/s in person. Prices have ranged from 5k to 15k for a one hour session with the handlers I have dealt with, shots range from tasteful nude to daring exposure but no XXX stuff, no videos which I assure the handler and the girl. Also, no publication or exhibition of the photos is another condition.

 

Harder to get pro models to do nudes especially daring ones and they command much higher prices.

for painting and photo sessions. fee of course is negotiable. but believe me it pays. yes its nude. no holds barred. tasteful? depende naman yan whats tasteful or not to the individual so i cannot assure that. wont be published? depends on the agreement. most of the time private collection lang.
