Customer Service Representative

 

Job Summary.

The position is responsible for servicing and addressing all inquiries, concerns and purchases/orders of any and all potential or existing Gamepal clientele.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Catering to different client needs regarding products and services offered by Gamepal International Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Gamepal” or the “Company” for brevity)

2. Learning all basic terms and languages used for MMORPG Games

3. Answering basic inquiries with regard to game services being offered by the Company

4. Responsible for meeting outlined production goals and targets.

5. Perform other duties, functions and tasks that are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.

 

Education/Work Experience.

1. College level

2. Prior Customer Service experience (preferred but not required)

 

Competencies/Qualities.

1. Computer/internet knowledge.

2. Has some experience in playing online games.

3. Very fluent in English (grammar, language, and speech)

 

Game Master

 

Job Summary.

The position is responsible for learning the required skills and information about the game assigned to you and carrying out all instructions given to you by your superior in relation to game playing and account handling.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Learning all basic controls and information about assigned game to be played

2. Provide game master service to accounts given

3. Responsible for meeting outlined production goals and targets.

4. Perform other duties, functions and tasks that are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.

 

Education/Work Experience.

1. High School Graduate

Competencies/Qualities.

1. Computer/internet knowledge.

2. Typing ability.

3. Has extensive experience in playing online games.

4. Basic English communication skills

 

Programmer and IT Support

 

Job Summary. The position is responsible for updating, creating and modifying programs already being used by the Company.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Keeping in all programs used within the company under strict working supervision

2. Troubleshooting and maintaining all programs

3. Creating/modifying existing programs

4. Responsible for meeting outlined production goals and targets.

5. Perform other duties, functions and tasks that are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.

 

Education/Work Experience.

1. C++,VB,Java

2. PHP,MySQL,OOP

3. Opensource Linux w/ PHP, MySQL experience

4. Prior programming experience (preferred but not required)

Competencies/Qualities.

1. Computer/internet knowledge.

2. Has some experience in playing online games.

3. Must speak English fluently
